Conceptual Design

During this stage, we will start to develop your vision. Constant communication will allow our team to fully understand our clients wishes and needs. This phase should not be under looked, as it will assure that the final build will resemble the ideas presented by the client.

Extensive consideration will be given to the following elements of design:

Overall vision, site development & any possible site constraints, masses, spital planning, shapes, forms and functions, volumes, layout, basic themes, styles and moods, materials and textures, while also considering integration of natural surroundings, natural light, ventilation, energy efficiency and sustainability in to any design.

Throughout the process the client will be provided with a wide range of visual aids. Presentations that will allow for a better understanding of every aspect of the same. Often, the aids will be in the form of sketches, colored renderings, 3D models, animated walkthroughs, color and material boards, and concept diagrams.
